Rooms are stylish with various walls, TV did n't work properly, for example, food is tasty. Close to most sightseeings, the location is unbeatable just next door to Birmingham, city centre, and bay.

Staff always ready to help. Comfortable room. The hotel is very safe, especially for those travelling alone. Lift works only with room card as well as access to the respective floor.
Breakfast is too expensive.

The rain shower packs a punch. The breakfast selection, though limited in space, features a decent fry-up to kickstart your day.
The AC was a disappointment, failing to cool down the room during the night. Charging £16 for overnight parking is steep, considering room prices. The total bill quickly climbs with extra charges-£180 for one night seems excessive, especially when you're often left stuck with stained carpets and basic amenities. On my last visit, key features like functional plug sockets and a working TV were absent.
